Space for Rent
Market on Main has one space left on our second floor for rent.
Would you like to be part of a passionate community of artists, makers, farmers, and businessfolk? This is not just a (cute) office. This is an opportunity to participate in a thriving community, build your business, and get involved.
The ideal tenant would love to host a gathering or classes related to their business (For example, we host stitch and bitches with our crochet artist, book clubs with our book shop, and record swaps with our record store, recitals with our instrument teachers). Additionally, we host classes on art, craft, and sustainable life skills.
The details
The space is approximately 12.5' x 11.25'.
It has laminate wood floors, white walls, and a window overlooking the river. You could decorate and paint the space if you wish.
We are open to a service based business, a workspace for a maker, or a retail boutique (or any combo!)
Rent includes utilities, garbage, free parking, and high speed internet. There will be a lease. If you sell things, it also includes checkout and inventory management!
Service based businesses would pay $500 per month.
If you sell things, you would pay $450 a month and 15% of your sales through Market on Main.
You would also have the opportunity to schedule classes or events (one-time or ongoing) in the main space.
